Return & Exchange Within 14 Days!

We will gladly return any defective product and exchange any unwanted product within 14 days arrival. Please write us an email at explaining the problem it you want to return your goods. Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. Please, provide your order number in the email. You will receive a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package when you send it to us. We will provide you with the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired. 

A Year Warranty!

There is a year warranty on the watches for manufacturers' defects only. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage (we have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, thus we can tell manufacturers' defects from wear and tear).

All links that came with the watch must be enclosed to the watches, when shipping back to us. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/ exchanged. Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.

Things You Return Must Stay At The Condition When You Received!

For refunds, the watch must be in the exact same condition you received it in. All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.

If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order or check for the price difference; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check)

If there are any other problems, be sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties' content!
